Product Overview

Testosterone Cypionate Description1-5

Testosterone cypionate is an esterified form of testosterone designed to extend the hormone’s duration of action, allowing for less frequent intramuscular or subcutaneous injections. After administration, the ester is gradually cleaved, releasing free testosterone into the bloodstream.

Anastrozole6-8

Anastrozole is a selective, non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. The aromatase enzyme is responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen; anastrozole may be used to limit this conversion and help manage estrogen levels during testosterone therapy.

Testosterone Cypionate1-5

Testosterone then binds to androgen receptors in various tissues, exerting anabolic and androgenic effects. These effects include the development and maintenance of male secondary sexual characteristics, stimulation of muscle and bone growth, and regulation of libido and mood.

Anastrozole6-8

In men that have low testosterone, anastrozole can be used to suppress estrogen biosynthesis in peripheral tissues by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme. Therapeutically, this inhibition results in decreased systemic estrogen levels and increased systemic testosterone levels. This helps keep testosterone levels in the therapeutic range.
